Logging into the system:
In order to be able to even log in to the system, you must have access given to you
by either the scheduling administrator or by a group administrator. Having an account
on any of the systems does not ensure eligibility. Make sure you have your login and
password before you login.
When you load the main page, there will be a link underneath the top heading:

Clicking on that link will take you to the login area:

Here, you will type in your username and password and click on the "Login" button.
If all is correct, you will be returned to the front calendar page, but now you will
be able to make reservations. You will also see a menu bar up at the top of the page,
near the "Group icon legend":
you are logged in!
You can now proceed to make and cancel reservations and change your user options.
Common problems:
- "I can't log in!"
This could happen due to a variety of problems including: incorrect password,
incorrect username, you don't have an account, etc. If you have an account and think
that you are typing the login info correctly, then contact your group administrator,
or the scheduling administrator to see if you can get your info changed.
- "I have to log in every time I close/open my browser."
This is what the system intentionally does. It only allows you to stay logged
in for as long as you keep your browser window open. Perhaps in a future release,
this will change.
